What is your return policy?
We provide a full refund to original method of payment. No exchanges or store credit. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns. All items must be in original condition and with original packaging. We will not accept worn or washed items. All original tags must be attached to items for a full refund. Online orders cannot be returned in stores.
What is the return process?
Mail your package to the Sam and Her shipping department. Be sure to include a note with your order number, your reason for returning, your name, and email address. A refund will be processed within 30 business days of receiving your return. Payment will be processed within 5-15 business days, depending on your bank.

Do you ship international?
Yes we do. We ship internationally through USPS or UPS.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will usually ship within 1-2 business days. During holidays, orders may be delayed and can take up to 5-6 business days to be shipped. Once your order ships, you will get a tracking number via email. If you think your package is taking too long/may be lost, please contact us via email.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number to the email you provided us with. We ship all local and international packages through USPS or UPS.
I’m not sure how something will fit/look on me, how can I get more info on an item?
Email us and we would be glad to assist you in picking out the right piece for your body measurements. You can also refer to our model’s measurements next to the product, girls that we feature on our social media, and tagged photos of girls on our social media wearing our pieces.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, but not if it has already shipped. If you need to make a change please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order and we will assist. Once your order is shipped you cannot make any changes/cancellations.
